The current owner of Knight Global Investigations, LLC. is Carmen J. Pino whom is licensed as a private investigator and agency owner in the State of Florida. Mr. Pino is an innovative and driven Executive with 25 years of operational and managerial expertise with Homeland Security in leading numerous investigative groups, programs and initiatives both domestically and internationally. He was the administrator of many complex criminal investigations, global in scope with National Security implications. A proven leader with over 15 years in executive management with strategic planning skills, building fruitful partnerships amongst inter-governmental and non-governmental agencies, supervision of hundreds of personnel and consistently exceeding the Agency’s strategic goals.
Chance Ramos

Bio:
Mr. Ramos is the President/CEO of Arc One Protective Services who brings an unprecedented level of expert security analysis and solutions to the Cadre of Knight Global Investigations.
Mr. Ramos has dedicated his professional career to delivering the highest level of security and protection services to each of his clients. He has instilled this same level of professionalism in the hundreds of officers that have worked under his direction across dozens of locations in multiple States.
One of Mr. Ramos’ most recent notable accomplishments was being the administrator and tactical operations manager for 250+ officers at 100+ field and fixed COVID testing sites across multiple States. He was personally responsible for the safety & security of 12.5 Million COVID patients as well as staff members from 2020-2023.
His experience extends from the single individual needing a specific security solution all the way up to and including leading hundreds of officers at large-venue events.
Mr. Ramos prides himself on his professionalism, analytical thinking, problem solving and a true care for the client and their security needs.
Mr. Ramos possesses multiple security related certifications including a “B” Security Agency license in the State of Florida as well as a “D” Security Officer and “G” Armed Officer certifications. He brings a wealth of knowledge and solutions to the Knight Global Team!
Michael Compitiello
Bio:
With over 35 years of combined experience in the Federal Government, our private investigation team is led by Michael Compitiello. Michael has an impressive background in law enforcement. He began his career in the U.S. Air Force, where he served as part of a rescue squadron, participating in numerous air rescue missions. Notably, he received personal recognition for his contributions to the Hurricane Andrew Relief and Storm of the Century missions.
For 26 years, Michael served as a Senior Special Agent and Supervisory Special Agent with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security/Homeland Security Investigations (DHS/HSI). During his tenure, he played a crucial role in enforcing and prosecuting federal immigration laws, apprehending war crimes violators, and fugitives from justice. Michael specialized in investigating and prosecuting a wide range of cases, including large-scale fraud rings, narcotics, financial crimes, international money laundering (Kleptocracy), national security, and human trafficking.
Within DHS/HSI, Michael demonstrated exceptional leadership by creating and managing a Document Benefit Fraud Task Force and supervising the operations of the Human Trafficking Task Force. He also oversaw the International Narcotics Trafficking Group at Miami International Airport. Additionally, he represented the U.S. delegation in South Africa at the Global Forum for international money laundering.
Recognized for his outstanding contributions, Michael was bestowed with the HSI Director’s Award for Excellence in Investigations, highlighting his leadership in a significant fraud conspiracy investigation involving over 200 criminal targets in South Florida. He was also honored as a recipient of the INS Commissioner’s Award.
Due to his expertise, Michael has been called upon to testify in federal district court on numerous occasions regarding U.S. Code Title 8 (immigration and nationality law) and U.S. Code Title 18 (federal criminal offenses). He has also shared his knowledge as a guest instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and as a speaker at various universities, providing insights on student visa compliance. Additionally, he has contributed to ICEF Monitor, an intelligence resource for the international education industry.
Throughout his career, Michael has fostered strong connections within the law enforcement community, building lasting relationships with federal, state, and local officials and agencies. His reputation among fellow law enforcement professionals is highly regarded across the United States.
